It is quite easy to enroll in the Self-Empowerment Program. To do so, click on the Get started button on the plan you choose; fill in the form with the relevant information, then proceed to checkout; make your payment and that’s all.

To enroll a group of people into the Self-Empowerment Program, simply click on contact us on the “Corporate” plan and send us an email with the details of your request. We will reach out to you as soon as possible to discuss the details of how it works.

We have made payment very easy and highly secured. If you live in one of the following countries, in addition to paying with cards, you can pay with mobile money, bank account and other easy methods: Benin, Nigeria, Ghana, Côte d’Ivoire, Senegal, Niger, Mali, Cameroon, Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, and Zambia. You can pay with a Visa card or a Mastercard from anywhere else.

• - After checking out you will receive an email confirming your payment, in which you will be asked to validate your enrolment by clicking on a link. If you do not validate your enrolment the next steps will not unfold.
• - Within 30 hours of the validation of your enrolment, you will receive a link to take the Brain Brief Profile Assessment in order to generate your profile.
• - After you have taken the assessment successfully, within 48 hours, you will receive, in your email, your Brain Brief Profile along with your coaching package and your credentials to log in to the masterclass streaming platform. In your account on the platform, you will be able to book your one on one debrief sessions and launch the 2 months program follow up.
• - The support system kicks in and will last for 2 months.

You can cancel your enrolment and get a refund or not on the following conditions:

• - You will get a full refund if you have not received the assessment link yet, meaning you make your request for a refund within 24 hours of your enrolment. However, the transaction fee will be deducted and thus you will not receive 100% of the amount you spent to enroll.
• - You will get 50% refund if you have already received the assessment link but have not taken it.
• - You will get no refund at all if you have taken the assessment
• - You will get no refund at all if you don’t follow the instructions and your enrolment expires. Please bear in mind that your enrolment expires three(3) months of your reception of the Brain Brief Profile’s assessment link.

Yes, your enrolment is valid for a period of three (3) months from the moment you receive your Brain Brief Profile’s assessment link. That means from the moment you receive the Brain Brief Profile’s assessment link you have a delay of three (3) months to begin the program. During that period, you are required to follow the instructions for the smooth unfolding of the program. Should you fail to begin the program within that period of three (3) months, your enrolment will expire.

If you don't participate in the program and its period has passed, the latter will expire and we will close it without any possibility of refund. Therefore, it is your responsibility to make sure that you follow the instructions to attend the program within the time frame.
