FOR PURPOSES OF THIS AGREEMENT, THE PRACTICE OF MEDICINE AND COUNSELING INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, PSYCHIATRY, PSYCHOLOGY, PSYCHOTHERAPY, OR PROVIDING HEALTH CARE TREATMENT, INSTRUCTIONS, DIAGNOSIS, PROGNOSIS OR ADVICE.
Step 1: Enroll in the program and checkout. You will receive an email that confirms your enrolment with a request to validate it. If you do not validate your enrolment, the next steps will not unfold.
Step 2: Within 30 hours of the validation your enrolment you will receive in your email the link to take the Brain Profile assessment.
Step 3: Once the assessment is taken successfully your Brain Profile is generated and we proceed to prepare your coaching package.
Step 4: Within 48 hours of your assessment, you will receive, in your email, your Brain Profile along with your coaching package and your credentials to log in to the masterclass streaming platform. In your account on the platform, you will be able to book your one on one debrief sessions and launch the 2 months program follow up.
Step 5: The support system kicks in and will cover the duration of the program and will extend for 1 additional month after the completion of the program.
IT MUST BE UNDERSTOOD THAT ANY BRAIN PROFILES’ ASSESSMENT LINKS SENT TO YOU IS DESTINED FOR YOUR PERSONAL USE ONLY AND NOT FOR ANY THIRD PARTY AND THAT SUCH LINKS ARE FOR ONE TIME USAGE. TAKAFA MINDSET WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE IN THE EVENT THAT A THIRD PARTY USES ANY SUCH LINKS TO TAKE THE ASSESSMENT IN YOUR PLACE. OUR COMPANY WILL NOT PROVIDE ANY REFUND OR ANY NEW ASSESSMENT LINKS TO MAKE UP FOR SUCH SITUATIONS.
THE BRAIN PROFILES’ ASSESSMENT LINKS REMAIN AVAILABLE FOR ONE (1) MONTH ONLY FROM THE MOMENT THEY ARE SENT TO YOU, AFTER WHICH THEY ARE DELETED PERMANENTLY. IN THE EVENT THAT CLIENT DOES NOT TAKE THE ASSESSMENTS WITHIN THAT TIME PERIOD OF TIME AND THAT SUCH ASSESSMENT LINKS BECOME UNAVAILABLE, TAKAFA MINDSET WILL NOT PROVIDE NEW ASSESSMENT LINKS AND WILL NOT PROVIDE ANY REFUND TO MAKE UP FOR SUCH SITUATIONS.
THE LINK TO DOWNLOAD THE COMPRESSED FILE THAT CONTAINS YOUR BRAIN PROFILES AND THEIR COACHING PACKAGES, WHICH YOU WILL RECEIVE AT STEP 4 OF THE PROGRAMS COMPLETION PROCESS, WILL BE PERMANENTLY DELETED FROM OUR SERVER WITHIN ONE MONTH AFTER YOU HAVE RECEIVED THEM. OUR COMPANY WILL NOT PROVIDE YOU WITH ANY OTHER LINK TO DOWNLOAD YOUR BRAIN PROFILES AND THEIR COACHING PACKAGES FOLLOWING THAT. IT IS THEREFORE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE YOU DOWNLOAD YOUR BRAIN PROFILES AND THEIR COACHING PACKAGES WITHIN THE REQUIRED PERIOD OF TIME.
YOUR ENROLMENT INTO ANY OF OUR PROGRAMS IS NOT TRANSFERABLE TO ANYBODY ELSE; YOU ARE REQUIRED TO PUT EVERYTHING IN PLACE TO HONOR THE STEPS THAT WILL LEAD TO YOUR SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF OUR PROGRAMS. IN THE EVENT THAT YOU ARE UNABLE TO START AND/OR COMPLETE THE PROGRAMS, BY DOING, AND NOT LIMITED TO, ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
- PROVIDING WRONG INFORMATION (NAME, EMAIL, TELEPHONE NUMBER ETC.)
- NOT TAKING YOUR BRAIN PROFILES ASSESSMENT IN TIME
- ANYTHING ELSE THAT MAY HINDER YOUR ACCESS TO THE PROGRAMS
TAKAFA MINDSET WILL CLOSE YOUR ENROLMENT WITHIN ONE MONTH FROM THE MOMENT YOU RECEIVE YOUR ASSESSMENT LINK, WITH NO POSSIBILITY OF REFUND. IT IS THEREFORE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE THAT THE INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE DURING YOUR ENROLMENT IS CORRECT. SHOULD YOU NOTICE THAT YOU HAVE INADVERTENTLY PROVIDE ANY INCORRECT DETAILS WHEN ENROLLING FOR THE PROGRAMS, IMMEDIATELY INFORM US VIA EMAIL AT SALES@TAKAFAMINDSET.COM.
YOUR ENROLMENT IS VALID FOR A PERIOD OF ONE MONTH FROM THE MOMENT YOU RECEIVE YOUR BRAIN PROFILES’ ASSESSMENT LINKS. THAT MEANS FROM THE MOMENT YOU RECEIVE THE BRAIN PROFILES’ ASSESSMENT LINKS YOU HAVE A DELAY OF ONE MONTH TO BEGIN THE PROGRAM. DURING THAT PERIOD, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE SMOOTH UNFOLDING OF THE PROGRAM. SHOULD YOU FAIL TO BEGIN THE PROGRAM WITHIN THAT PERIOD OF ONE MONTH, YOUR ENROLMENT WILL EXPIRE AT ITS END. IF YOU DON'T PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM AND ITS PERIOD HAS PASSED, THE LATTER WILL EXPIRE AND WE WILL CLOSE IT WITHOUT ANY POSSIBILITY OF REFUND. THEREFORE, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE THAT YOU FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS TO ATTEND THE PROGRAM WITHIN THE TIME FRAME.
TAKAFA MINDSET, ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, CONTENT PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, AND DIRECTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, ACTUAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR OTHER DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF REVENUE OR INCOME, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, OR SIMILAR DAMAGES, EVEN IF COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, AS A RESULT OF YOUR USE OF THE COMPANY’S PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.
You will be given access to the masterclass streaming platform for one month starting from the day you sign up. After signing up on the platform with the credentials you will receive in your email, you will be prompted to change your password for security purpose. The content you have access to on the platform are dependent on the kind of program you enrolled in, meaning that you may not have access to the whole content of the platform. After one month, you will lose access to the majority of the content and will enjoy only the free content.
- You can cancel your enrolment only before the reception of the Brain Profile assessment link, thus within 24 hours of your enrolment.
- You will get a full refund if you have not received the assessment link yet, meaning you make your request for a refund within 24 hours of your enrolment. However, the transaction fee will be deducted and thus you will not receive 100% of the amount you spent to enroll.
- You will get 50% refund if you have already received the assessment link but have not taken it.
- You will get no refund at all if you have taken the brain profile’s assessment
- You will get no refund at all if you don’t follow the instructions and your enrolment expires. Please bear in mind that your enrolment expires one month of your reception of the Brain Profiles’ assessment link.
These Terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Benin, if any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
